Cinderella Drawings – 4
- Here are some preliminary drawings from Cinderella. These are pictures of the mice, the cat, the dog, the Prince and the horse. Sorry the low res of some of the images doesn’t allow me to get large enough – particularly with regard to the model sheets.

These are strangely inspiring as I want to do some drawings in chalk right now.
If anyone hasn’t, do check out John K’s blog for his sampling of George Lichty cartoons. He has some scans of originals and it is kind of cool to see how he used different tools in an effective fashion to get his cartoons.
He’s one of those artists that when you look closely at his work you instantly recall how one of the most important things to know about making visual art is when to stop drawing (or painting, etc.). And, I suppose that also applies to typing, so…
