Vincent by Constantine – Pt.2
- Last week I posted the first part of this book by Greg Constantine, Vincent Van Gogh Visits New York. It was a paperback book Bill Peckmann bought in the ’80s. He introduced me to it and he scanned and sent the material to me.
Constantine also did Leonardo da Vinci Visits Los Angeles and Picasso Visits Chicago.

This second batch reminds me of George Grosz’s work.
Maybe it is a bad connection on my part because I haven’t seen a lot of Grosz’s stuff to write anything smart about it in comparison to these illustrations. So, without taking the time to research that similarity, it might be that I’m being superficial.
If so, uh, next…?
