Christine O'Neill started work with MSA in the company's earliest days and has received credit on all of the films since 1987.

She initially did color rendering. Often she cut and pasted the watercolored-markered-penciled artwork to acetate cels.

Christine eventually moved to the position of running the office, controlling the books, and managing the studio. At times she still works in the rendering phase of the animation.
